Collection Technician

Join our team as a Collection Technician and play a key role in collecting pollen and plant materials while supporting quality, safety, and compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active.

Responsibilities

• Collect pollen and plant materials from designated field locations.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, and safety procedures.
• Accurately document collections and maintain product labeling.
• Operate and maintain collection equipment and field tools.
• Assist with bucket truck and climbing operations as needed.
• Identify target plant species and collection materials.
• Support drying and processing activities.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience in landscaping, forestry, agriculture, tree trimming, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Plant identification experience and GMP experience are preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Luther, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
