Responsibilities:
  • Perform drug and alcohol testing using various collection methods.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the testing process.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations during sample collection.
  • Prepare and transport samples to designated laboratories as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and follow established protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in drug testing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with drug testing procedures and regulations is beneficial.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required.
