Responsibilities:
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing in accordance with industry standards and protocols.
  • Ensure proper collection procedures are followed to maintain sample integrity.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all tests performed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain testing processes and answer questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized testing environment.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
  • Assist in training new staff on collection procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in drug testing preferred.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
