Collections Administrator

Kforce is searching for a talented and experienced Collections Administrator for our client in San Antonio, TX. This engagement offers competitive compensation and benefits during the contract period.

Essential Functions:

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, performing collection outreach on past due balances while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Support bad debt prevention efforts, including identification of high-risk accounts, escalation tracking, and documentation for legal review
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Credit, Finance, Operations) and legal resources to prepare accounts for escalation, dispute resolution, or legal action
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, account status updates, and correspondence
