Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst:



  • Analyze customer accounts to assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit limits

  • Make collection calls and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances

  • Process and apply payments while reconciling discrepancies

  • Generate reports and utilize credit data to support decision-making

  • Gather and maintain documentation related to disputes and unpaid invoices

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit history files for customer accounts


Qualifications for the Collections Analyst:



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 3+ years of collections experience

  • Experience with Oracle is a plus
