Description

We are hiring for a Collections Analyst in Kenosha, WI. This role will focus on business to business relationships and communicate with internal and external contacts at a successful manufacturer. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Collections Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Actively reduce the existing aged receivables

  • Phone correspondence to customers as necessary to collect outstanding balances and update accounts

  • Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices

  • Research and resolution on discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of B2B Collections experience

  • Higher education desired, but not required

  • Detail oriented with professional communication skills

  • Able to navigate and document in multiple softwares
