Key Responsibilities

Research vendor disputes and inventory discrepancies
Investigate short shipments and incorrect vendor pricing
Review quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and three-way match documentation
Compile supporting documentation and evidence
Recover vendor credits and funds owed to the organization
Track disputes through resolution and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation
