Our client is seeking B2BCollections Specialists to join their team. This role will focus on managing accounts receivable through proactive phone outreach to business customers, resolving invoice disputes, updating contact information, and supporting collections efforts.

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Type of Position: Hybrid - Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business customers regarding accounts receivable issues.
• Verify and update customer contact information through research and calling mainlines.
• Resolve invoice disputes and address account concerns professionally.
• Request refunds and process write-offs according to company procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships via friendly, conversational interactions.
• Handle challenging customer conversations calmly and effectively.
• Participate in weekly update meetings with regional managers.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow established call scripts and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B collections or accounts receivable experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging customers professionally
• Ability to research contact information and identify appropriate contacts
• Strong problem-solving skills for invoice disputes and account issues
• Calm, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with difficult customers
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
