Join a trusted manufacturing company as a Accounts Receivable Collections Associate. You'll support clients by processing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Enter orders, returns, and adjustments in ERP/order systems
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support the sales team with quotes and product info
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years’ customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite – a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with logistics or technical product lines
