Overview Collections Associate, West Palm Beach, Florida. UOVO Fashion, the premier storage and services provider for fashion, seeks an engaging and collaborative Collections Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. Based in West Palm Beach, Florida and reporting to the Collections Manager, this role will be responsible for reconciling and cataloging inventory as it comes and goes from our facility, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.Core Responsibilities Itemize new inventory using highly detailed fashion terminologyTrack garments as they come and go from the facility using UOVO Fashion's customized platformProvide exemplary customer service when out in the field working in client's homesCommunicate with Account Managers regarding the status of client inventory, cleaning and/or repairs as neededPhotograph garments in the in-house studios as neededAdhere to all company policies and maintain high ethical standardsQualifications & Skills Fashion background, educational or professionalStrong fashion vocabulary including knowledge of fiber/fabric, weave structure & basic garment constructionExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationshipsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsPoise in a fast-paced business environmentExperience working in archives or collections management is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
