This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in A/R, collections, account aging, customer account resolution, and Excel who is organized, analytical, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.

Job Details

• Location: Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid 

• Pay: $20-22/hr. (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm 

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of relevant experience with a high school diploma required

• Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and collections processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and issue-resolution abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas

• Working knowledge of financial systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel

• Experience with the Collections module in Oracle Fusion is preferred

• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot to format spreadsheets and enhance written communication is a plus

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
