Focus on consumer (B2C) accounts
What Youll Do
Contact customers by phone, email, and written communication regarding overdue balances
Manage a portfolio of consumer accounts (B2C) and maintain consistent follow-up
Set up and negotiate payment arrangements
Investigate billing issues and resolve disputes
Document all account activity and customer interactions
Work with internal teams to resolve account issues and keep accounts moving
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of B2C collections, call center, or customer account management experience preferred
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or collections systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
