LINK Staffing is hiring a Collections Coordinator (B2C) for a full-time office role in Tomball, TX. This position focuses on consumer account collections, working directly with customers to resolve past-due balances, set up payment arrangements, and maintain accurate account records.

What You’ll Do

• Contact customers by phone, email, and written communication regarding overdue balances
• Manage a portfolio of consumer accounts (B2C) and maintain consistent follow-up
• Set up and negotiate payment arrangements
• Investigate billing issues and resolve disputes
• Document all account activity and customer interactions
• Work with internal teams to resolve account issues and keep accounts moving

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of B2C collections, call center, or customer account management experience preferred
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or collections systems
• Strong attention to detail and organization
