As a Collections and Customer Service Representative, you will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This position is a full time role in-person in our Golden, CO office.

About the Opportunity:
Reviewing client accounts for the balance due from clients, resolving client variances, taking payments, processing refund and credit memo requests
Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards to collect payments
Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients
Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records
About Your Expertise:
Results-oriented with the ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and good aptitude with numbers
Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient computer skills
High School Diploma, GED, or Higher
2-3 years of customer service in an office environment
Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
