Johnson Service Group is seeking a Collections Specialist with SAP for a medical device manufacturer in El Segundo, CA

 Hybrid | $35 - $37.50 per hour based on experience

Position Summary
  • Manage a portfolio of ~300 customer accounts
  • Review and follow up on past-due accounts daily
  • Communicate with customers (primarily email, some phone) to resolve balances
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Service to support order releases and escalations
  • Track and report on account status and collection activity
  • Handle distribution of customer invoices and statement
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of collections experience 
  • Experience managing large account portfolios in collections or AR
  • ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience in product-based companies (shipping, returns, etc.)
