Location: Grand Island, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour during training with the opportunity to earn incentives
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM and Saturdays, 8: 00 AM 12: 00 PM (flexible hours available)
What You'll Do
As a Collections Representative, you'll work with customers to resolve outstanding balances while providing professional, courteous service. This role combines customer interaction, account management and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts through outbound calls
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with billing questions
Process payments and issue refunds
Resolve billing concerns and customer credit issues
Update customer account records and collection activity
Work with customers to establish payment solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional and positive phone etiquette
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Dependable with a strong attention to detail
Previous collections, customer service, call center or office experience is helpful but not required
