What your future day will look like:
  • Oversee daily team operations by managing workflows, production volume, and overall performance.
  • Monitor reporting and metrics to track results, identify trends, and provide updates to leadership.
  • Coach and support team members to improve performance, address challenges, and drive accountability.
  • Set goals and performance expectations based on department objectives and individual development needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • High school diploma required; additional education preferred
  • Prior experience in a call center, collections, or operations?focused environment preferred
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Organized, results?driven mindset with strong time management and problem?solving abilities
