Essential Functions
- B2B Collector
- Analyzes and assesses credit and collection issues falling outside Company policies and guidelines and determines course of action for resolution
- Reviews orders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service expectations
- Develops effective relationships with internal and external customers to understand their process, key players and how to work efficiently within their system for managing the credit risk exposure
- Performs other duties as assigned, including those of assigned staff
Qualifications
- Three (3) years within the credit/collections field; or equivalent experience
- Proven ability and understanding of effective credit risk analysis
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology applications experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills are required
