Responsibilities

- Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect on past-due customer accounts
- Actively listen to our customers and offer solutions to resolve accounts while providing a remarkable experience

Qualifications
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary of $22/hour plus quarterly bonus incentive
- Schedule: Training: In office 8-5 pm for 5 weeks, then hybrid. Regular schedule 3 days of 8am-5pm, 2 days 11am-8pm, and a rotational Saturday per month. Mandatory 2-3 day in office per week.

Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0- 2 years of working with customers in a service-minded environment
- Previous experience in collections or finance considered an asset
Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
