Average Day on the Job:
As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for performing collection activities associated with delinquent member accounts, including all delinquent loan and negative share accounts. Review delinquent accounts and determines Credit Union position and as circumstances indicate, directs and assists legal counsel in collections proceedings. Ensure that the Credit Unions professional image is maintained. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. This position has the potential for remote work based on management discretion.
Work Schedule:
This is a 40 hour per week, full time position. Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with rotating later evenings on Tuesdays/Thursdays until 6:00pm and rotating Saturdays from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
