Collections Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Collections Representative for a great construction company in Durham!

This will be individual collections NOT commercial!

100% ON SITE

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

Pay: $20-$24/hour depending on experience

Essential Job Duties

• Collects payments from customers
• Sends invoices to customers via facsimile, mail or email
• Calls customers regarding payment status
• Calls for updates on invoices every three to four days
• Posts payments from customers
• Generates refund requests by receiving information and generating request
• Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and customer issues
• Maintains files
• Corresponds with customers and responds to inquiries

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of collections experience
• Must be well organized and self-starter
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized and self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
