Division Information

PACCAR Financial Services provides finance, lease and insurance services to dealers and customers in 15 countries including a portfolio of more than 150,000 trucks and trailers and total assets in excess of $9 billion. The group includes PACCAR Leasing, a major full-service truck leasing company in North America, with a fleet of over 25,000 vehicles.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Collects past due accounts (5+ days) within established objectives.
  • Participates in a daily auto-dialer to collect accounts (5-15 days past due).
  • Communicates with dealers to discuss delinquent accounts.
  • Handles rewrites/extensions/transfers of interest for customers if appropriate.
  • Assists in preparing legal paperwork should further actions need to be taken (i.e. repossessions).
  • Prepares necessary reports that focuses on the health of the business.
  • Account maintenance and research.
  • Assists with customer service tasks.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • 8-5PM Shift

Qualifications & Skills

  • Two years solid customer service and/or accounts receivable experience, front to back end, preferably in finance industry.
  • Strong people skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish or Punjabi preferred (written and spoken).
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Must possess ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools

Education

  • High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
