Key Responsibilities
+ Provide empathetic, solution‑focused service in every interaction
+ Contact members by phone, written communication, and occasional in‑person meetings
+ Deescalate difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally
+ Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all member interactions
+ Partner with internal teams to create and implement compliant member solutions

+ Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive conversations
+ Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
+ A member‑focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school diploma
+ Two+ years of experience in collections, lending, or a related field

This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Hours: 8-5pm M-F with 1 Saturday shirt per month 8am-12pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
