Job Description
Collections RepresentativeKey Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls related to delinquent accounts through automated and manual dialing systems.
- Communicate with members to understand the reasons for delinquency and provide customized solutions to improve their financial security.
- Negotiate mutually acceptable payment arrangements within established guidelines.
- Document customer interactions, collection attempts, payment arrangements, and account updates in the appropriate systems.
- Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to collections activities.
- Meet call service levels and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.

- Ability to work effectively in a phone-based customer service environment.
- Experience navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of combined customer contact, sales, or collections experience within the financial services industry.
- Minimum 6 months of computer experience utilizing multiple applications in a Windows-based environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience using automated dialer systems.
