MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of collections experience
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Automated dialer experience

 • Basic knowledge of collection techniques and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) procedures

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $20/hr

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30AM-7:30PM

ROLE IMPACT

• Support customers and dealers with responsive, accurate service in a fast-paced, omnichannel call center
• Combines customer support with early-stage collections for consumer and commercial accounts, helping resolve account issues while delivering a professional customer experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and perform early-stage collections

• Provide timely, accurate service to customers and dealers while maintaining professionalism and promoting customer loyalty

• Use active listening and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions

• Partner with internal loan administration, titles, loss mitigation, insurance, and loan origination teams to resolve account needs

• Meet individual and departmental objectives while supporting continuous improvement and an exceptional customer experience
