At Landings Credit Union, we believe collections is about helping members get back on track — not just collecting payments. We’re looking for a Collections/Risk Management Specialist Landings Credit Union, who brings empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to every member interaction and wants to help people move forward with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Contact members via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts
- Understand each member's situation and offer personalized repayment solutions
- Educate members to help them regain financial confidence
- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
- Monitor delinquency trends and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support member success
What We’re Looking For
- Prior collection experience in lending or financial services
- Strong communication, organization and attention skills
- Able to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and respect
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to help people and make a difference
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office | Monday - Friday
- 8 hour shifts
- No weekends or holidays
