What You'll Do
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Contactting customers regarding past-due accounts via phone and email to secure payment and negotiate payment plans.
- Following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and answering customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly collection targets to support team goals.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure ethical work practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
