What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding accounts
• Work with patients, customers, and businesses to arrange payments and payment plans
• Review account details and apply sound judgment to resolve balances
• Respond to written correspondence related to accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activity
• Follow established processes while providing professional, customer-focused service

Compensation & Schedule
