Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work in the Denver office Monday-Thursday. You may work from home on Fridays.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will also preferably have previous experience using SAP and High Radius.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 6 months. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this role may be extended and may even result in a permanent job within the company. You will earn between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour in this job opportunity. You will also be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring AR aging and customer accounts
• Performing credit analyses as needed
• Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Initiating collections via e-mail, phone calls, faxes, and letters
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Managing large key customer accounts
• Navigating customer account portals
• Performing customer revenue and AR trend analyses
• Maintaining compliance
• All other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in B2B collections
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Previous experience with SAP and High Radius software preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $25.00 and $30.00
