Salary: $19-$22/hr

• No nights or weekends! Hours 9-6 M-F

What your day will look like:
 

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent automotive loan and lease accounts.
• Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, extensions, and account resolution plans based on customer circumstances.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Prior experience in auto collections preferred
• Ability to reduce delinquency rates while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Word and Excel experience needed
