Are you a results-driven Auto Collections Specialist with expertise in managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with collection policies and regulatory requirements.
No nights or weekends! Hours 9-6 M-F

Manage a portfolio of delinquent automotive loan and lease accounts.
Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements, extensions, and account resolution plans based on customer circumstances.

Prior experience in auto collections preferred
Ability to reduce delinquency rates while maintaining positive customer relationships
Word and Excel experience needed
