Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Collections Specialist:
• Manage and resolve a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to secure payments and negotiate terms
• Escalate accounts to legal or repossession when necessary
• Perform research and skip tracing to locate customers
• Document all account activity and prioritize based on risk and exposure
Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
• Experience in collections or high-volume customer service
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience managing a high-volume workload
