This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy in documentation.Job DutiesMake outbound and inbound phone calls to debtorsExplain account details and negotiate settlements, payoffs, and payment plansEnter accurate notes and data from each callPrepare collection letter templates and send correspondenceLeave voicemails and follow up consistentlyEmail debtors and send the required documentationProcess outgoing mailMaintain professionalism and positive communication at all timesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)U.S. work authorization (Preferred)Basic computer skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, empathetic, and professional attitudeAbility to handle inbound and outbound callsOrganizational skills with a high level of integrity and accuracyStrong customer service skillsSelf-starter capable of working independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a call center environmentKnowledge of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not requiredIf you're ready to grow with a company that values talent, drive, and professionalism, Resort Recovery Solutions wants to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
