Job Description
- Conduct customer and collateral location research using investigative tools and available data sources.
- Perform basic skip tracing activities to identify updated contact information and assist in account resolution efforts.
- Review credit reports, application data, internal systems, and public information sources to support case research.
- Utilize third-party databases and search platforms to validate customer information and locate relevant leads.
- Assist in resolving customer-related issues through research, outreach coordination, and internal follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current contact information is reflected in systems.
