Our Aftermarket Services businesses service and support engines and aerospace components, sub-systems and systems.BBA Aviation employs around 12,000 people at over 220 locations on 5 continents.Our vision, mission and values act as differentiators for our businesses and drive delivery of our overarching objective of growing exceptional long-term sustainable value for stakeholdersJob Description: BBA Aviation is currently recruiting for positions to support Signature Flight Support and other BBA Aviation companies.Summary: Responsible for performing work in relation to Business to Business credit control and collections Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)  · Work with customers to follow up an old/past due balances, including the sending of dunning letters  · Maintain/update customer contact in collection tool  · Route any issues that can't be resolved to relevant authority in BU/Regional Finance  · Review and validate invoice adjustments and forward to BU/Regional Finance for action · Conduct data and process analysis · Promote and provide exceptional customer service  · Perform activity level work as neededReporting Relationships:  This position reports to the Credit Collections SupervisorQualifications: Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
