A respected behavioral healthcare organization in Corona is seeking an experienced Medical Biller & Collector to join their team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and making a direct impact on revenue recovery, this could be the perfect fit.
Investigate and resolve hospital and facility billing issues
Follow up on outstanding insurance and patient accounts
Manage a daily workload of approximately 50 accounts
Review and pursue aged receivables (120+ days)
Communicate trends and billing issues to management to improve processes
Work closely with insurance carriers and internal departments to ensure timely payment
Medical Billing & Collections experience REQUIRED
Experience with hospital or facility billing strongly preferred
Insurance follow-up experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet goals
Day shift schedule with evenings and weekends free
