Proactively resolve facility and hospital billing & collection issues within 1-2 business days
Manage and maintain 50+ worked accounts per day
Review and follow up on unpaid accounts at 120+ days
Provide valuable feedback to management on billing accuracy and front‑end registration processes ️
Demonstrate complete knowledge of AIS
