Union: UPSEU Clerical - Full Time 37.5 per week
Hourly Range - Grade C: $25.5353 - $33.4952
This job posting will be open for not less than two (2) weeks and, if needed, will remain open until a finalist has been selected.
General Description:
Professional work involving tax collections, answering inquiries, performing diversified receiving, recording, balancing and reconciling of receipts in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, federal law, town rules and regulations. Performs all other related or similar duties as required.
Primary Essential Functions:

Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and two years related experience and/or training. Candidates with any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to perform above duties will be considered.
In addition to education and experience, this position requires excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, an ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi task, and the ability to work effectively in a busy organizational environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and office software applications, including spreadsheet applications and Google suite.
Experience with MUNIS Software System and knowledge of Massachusetts General Laws preferred.
