College Co-op: Medicare Sales

Co-op Job Description:

This position will be responsible for helping to support our sales department and assisting in day-to-day operations of supporting our broker channel. To include marketing, sales analytics, broker events, planning and strategy of goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support day‑to‑day sales operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and compliance‑sensitive materials
• Detail‑oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated interest in business operations, healthcare, or sales support functions

Accepted Majors:

• Business
• Sales and Marketing
• Healthcare Administration

Classification:

• Junior or Senior undergraduate students
• Recent graduate (must be within one year or less of the program start date)

Minimum GPA:

• 3.5 or higher
