Co-op Job Description:
- Process and audit all New Business submissions for PA MID accounts.
- Monitor incoming quotes daily to ensure timely processing.
- Request all required documents needed for underwriters to complete their evaluations.
- Review submitted materials to identify missing or incomplete information.
- Partner with the Sales team to obtain any additional information necessary to complete submissions.
- Organize and maintain case folders for all PA MID New Business submissions.
- Assign New Business cases to underwriters and update assignment details accurately within the InFocus system.
- Gather and prepare all required materials for small to mid-conversion quotes-including benefit summaries, census files, and applicable small-group renewals.
- Daily Review of Concession Submission Requests (New Business and Renewals)
- Monitor all concession requests daily to ensure timely review and prevent items from being overlooked.
- Run and analyze reports such as Care Ratio and High Claimant (HC) reports for concession evaluation.
- Request Risk Assessment reviews when appropriate to support timely evaluation of significant claimant activity.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management, including generating weekly reports and completing additional assigned tasks.
