We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented recent graduate in Textile Engineering to join a structured training program in a large-scale textile manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in a sewing/production facility and is designed to develop future leaders for key management positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program across textile production and sewing operations
- Learn end-to-end manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control
- Assist in monitoring production efficiency, workflow, and operational performance
- Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and management
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational best practices within the facility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology
- Strong interest in textile manufacturing and production operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
