Summary:
The Summer College Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and be part of our company. Our college interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored under their respective managers, and continue to develop throughout the entire summer. Through the internship program, our interns can attend development workshops that are focused on key business concepts. Interns may work within the skills-based tracks of Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other non-technical and/or technical based degree programs.
Essential Accountabilities:
Specific duties will vary by assignment; specific divisional callouts are listed below.
The ERP Strategy & Optimization Intern would work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to support strategic initiatives designed to improve enterprise processes and system performance. The intern would gain exposure to end-to-end ERP operations while contributing meaningful deliverables that support ongoing transformation efforts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Participate in ERP strategy, project planning, and stakeholder meetings to understand business objectives and system enhancement priorities.
Document current-state business processes and assist in mapping future-state workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Support requirements gathering sessions by documenting stakeholder feedback, business needs, and system enhancement requests.
Assist with maintaining project documentation, process flows, user guides, and change management materials.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate project status, key findings, and recommendations to business leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP impacts across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations, and other business functions.
Support testing activities by documenting test scenarios, executing test scripts, and tracking defects or issues.
To maximize ERP investment value, the intern would evaluate user adoption and identify opportunities to improve engagement and training by participating in change management activities.
Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects.
Completes work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications.
Performs a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks that will cover a broad range of business-related projects.
Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship.

Compensation Range(s):
Level I - Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
