College Internships

College Internship Program - Industrial Construction Most internships observe the work. Ours puts you in it. Grand Industrial offers paid internships for college sophomores through seniors who want hands-on experience in industrial construction, project management, and design support. Interns work alongside experienced project managers, company leaders, and field crews to learn how active projects are planned, coordinated, and completed. You'll gain practical experience, support project documentation and communication, and see how classroom knowledge applies in the field.

• Insight into project planning, design, documentation, and execution

• Open to college sophomores through seniors
• Pay range: $20-$25 per hour
• Time-and-a-half pay for weekend work
• Opportunities available through our Lebanon and Logansport locations
• Candidates must submit a resume and interview with members of our leadership team. Our Vice Presidents personally participate in selecting interns to ensure the right fit, meaningful mentorship, and a valuable learning experience.
