Collegiate Partnerships Coordinator

Position Overview

The Collegiate Partnership Coordinator - College Sports will support the execution and day-to-day management of CELSIUS Holdings' collegiate sports partnership portfolio. This role will play an integral part in bringing partnerships to life across universities, conferences, media properties, athletes (NIL), agencies, and experiential platforms that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail growth.

Working closely with the Director of Sports Partnerships and cross-functional teams, the Collegiate Partnership Coordinator will help execute best-in-class marketing programs that support CELSIUS' college sports strategy, including media integrations, on-campus activations, retailer programs, hospitality, athlete partnerships, and fan engagement initiatives.

This role is responsible for making day-to-day operational decisions that ensure successful partnership execution, including managing timelines, coordinating logistics, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine executional issues.
