Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Collibra Technical Lead
to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Collibra and a proven track record of leading technical projects. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance and management, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of Collibra solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Collibra solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Collibra best practices.
Ensure the quality and performance of Collibra applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Collibra and data governance.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users to maximize the adoption of Collibra solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Collibra implementations.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with
Collibra
platform and its functionalities.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Proven experience in leading software development projects.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data modeling and data architecture.
Familiarity with other data management tools and technologies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data governance and management.
Collibra certification is a plus.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a remote work environment.
