The Auto Body Technician performs vehicle repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles using various tools.
- Repairs dents, aligns frames, replaces damaged parts, and applies paint.
- Prepares estimates, inspects work, and completes repairs within time guidelines.
- Works safely in noisy environments, lifting up to 30 pounds and performing inspections in different weather conditions.
- Collaborates with team members and maintains high standards of quality and speed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training or apprenticeship, and proficiency with repair tools and procedures.
