Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-assisting technicians with clerical needs (no mechanical work)
-following up with customers and parts vendors
-Parts check in and entry
-Opening repair orders, collating documents for repair order jackets.
-Keep customers updated regarding vehicle status.
