Collision Center Estimator

Blackstone Collision Center – Fresno, CA

Blackstone Collision Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Collision Estimator / Adjuster to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands the collision repair process, communicates well with customers and insurance companies, and can accurately estimate repairs while helping move vehicles efficiently through the repair process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect damaged vehicles and identify necessary collision repairs.
• Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates.
• Work directly with customers throughout the repair process.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters and insurance companies.
• Prepare and submit supplements when additional damage is discovered.
• Review estimates to ensure all necessary labor, parts, materials, and repair procedures are included.
• Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, painters, and management.
• Monitor repairs and help keep jobs moving through the shop.
• Maintain accurate documentation, photos, notes, and repair information.
• Provide excellent customer service from the initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
• Help ensure repairs meet manufacturer, insurance, and Blackstone Collision Center standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Collision estimating or insurance adjusting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures.
• Experience working with insurance companies and supplements.
• Knowledge of estimating systems and collision-management software is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on getting repairs completed correctly and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license.
