Carolina Collision Center located in the Winston Salem, is seeking an experienced collision center estimator to join our winning team. Our ideal candidate is a result-driven individual with a strong attention to detail and an upbeat attitude.

Our ideal candidate will have...

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and an aptitude for learning new programs
• ASE and I-CAR certification helpful
• At least 2 years of body shop experience
• Thorough understanding of vehicle repair process
• Complete knowledge of insurance claims procedure
• Established relationships with insurance companies
• Ability to manage their own team of Technicians
