Responsibilities 

 

• Oversee the daily operations of the body shop
• Manage and support technicians to maximize productivity and quality
• Ensure high-quality repairs while meeting cycle time goals
• Order parts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Coordinate repair schedules and workflow
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with insurance partners

These are Open Positions Also

• Collision Estimator – Write accurate insurance estimates, manage customer communication , DRP shop management and experience is required.
• A-Class Body Technicians – Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour
• Automotive Painters – Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour
• Paint Prep Technicians – Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour
• Automotive Detailers – Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish. Starting 18.00 per hour
