    Description

    Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet- Waynesville is seeking an experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our collision repair department in Waynesville, MO. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality repairs, and provide exceptional customer service while managing a skilled team.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate all activities of the collision center to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and suppliers.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to support operations.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
    • Prepare reports on department performance, including financial metrics and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in collision center management or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
    • Familiarity with dealership operations and customer service best practices.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
