Collision Center Technician – Apprentice / Entry Level
At Greenway Collision Center, we’re looking to develop the next generation of body technicians. If you’re motivated, hands-on, and want to build a career in the collision industry, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced technicians in a high-performing shop.
Compensation:
- $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
- Opportunity for advancement into a full Body Technician role
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- No Sundays
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Perform basic repair tasks under supervision
- Support body repairs including sanding, prepping, and parts handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and shop procedures
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and repair processes
- Assist with moving vehicles and shop organization
- Participate in training and development programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Interest in automotive or collision repair industry
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and use of tools
- Work in a fast-paced shop environment
